You can try a hard reset, holding in the com manager and voice recorder buttons and hit the reset. (Read the WIKI).
You will lose your data and settings, but you may recover the phone.
You could also help by telling us how you got into that state.

Mine is also stuck, and I created a new thread about it. I have tried different recovery theories with no luck though.

Diamond is sturk on three colour screen, left it on charge over night, tried to switch it on and its now sturk on three colour.

Hi there. Yesterday i have received my HTC Dream. But there are some problems that make me sad. first of all, previous owner of this unit patched it...now i have got different menus/icons but most of all camera is not working and furthermore qwerty is bugged too! there are also some problems with HOME and BACK keys. but i think these are mechanical so i will try to fix them.
I tried to enter bootloader mode to flash my Dream but CAMERA+POWER are not working. when i try to HOMe+power - its entering to the mode with yellow exclamation mark but nothing more i can do there...
I am totaly begginer if it's about android and specially this one unit. But i have been patching many mobiles (lg, motorola,siemens). If anyone has got any idea to turn my broken Dream into shiny one i would be very very grateful.
PS. i would like to perform any changes to this mobile my self. this mobile has no guarantee ald i dont like to pay more money for service fixing.

I have a problem, sorry for my english writing skill, I'm from Romania I bought a Samsung Galaxy Note GT-N7000 and when I'm put an alternative rom,firmware,bootloarer (or somthing) on my phone he get some issue:
- the orientation sensor not working in normal parameters ( when I rotate my phone horizontally have a delay for 4-5 seconds and then vhen i rotate to the vertical he not come back).For that reason some aplications who request orientation sensor she is not working.
- when i buy the phone the original country she was Romania now is Germany.
I don't know what i made to the phone but I want it back with the original software, firmware, rom and other original program...or to make just working....
please redirect me to an clear solution

Hi Guys, I need help on my HTC One. I decided to join this forum to ask for help from you guys. I am no android nor a pc techie which makes me a newbie when it comes to terms and everything technical, so I have to say sorry if I don't get or understand your terms on your replies.
Here's the problem. MY HTC ONE WENT DEAD! My phone is updating it's applications that time and then suddenly the screen freezes and eventually went off. After that it won't turn on or even respond to a hard reset(power button + volume buttons). Wall charging it or even plugging it to a PC doesn't make the notification led turn on. But i do notice that when i plug it to the PC it cannot install the device so I take a look on the device manager and the device name of my unit is "QHSUSB_DLOAD". I googled it up and other forums says that its a problem on the motherboard and it's on a hardbricked state. I've done a lot of searching and stuffs but I cannot find a forum thread that will specifically fix HTC One(because i think that cure/solution only applies to a specific unit). I've seen them unbrick other HTC units but not the HTC One. I know the easiest solution is to bring it back to a HTC service center but I think that's gonna cost me big bucks knowing that it's a motherboard problem.
So guys, with all my heart I beg you, If you know a solution or any thread that discusses the same problem as mine, Please Help me T_T.

You sir are screwed. Your HTC One is bricked & I don't believe it is fixable. There might be one thing to attempt but since you are not a techie, it would be very difficult to try. It need to go to a repair facility.
