CM front camera switching? - Fire Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I know this might seem like a silly question, but how do you switch to front camera in CM?

nevermind, I'm an idiot. Carry on.

AFAIK, the only way at this point is to take the back off the phone.

Hopefully now O2 have released stronger made one's.

Bad Camera? Anyone else? Link to video.

Camera jumps around during video or picture taking. Tried the CM Camera, Google Camera and Camera Plus, all the same results. Link to a video I took.

thats not normal, id get an rma as soon as it would be possible. its a new device, so no point in trying to fix it, just get it replaced.

Already called, I would get a "like new" device when and if they get in stock. I was told I would have to keep checking inventory online and immediately call and I would get a like new device.

ahh, makes sense. google will usually give people new phones at this point if they refurb, as many refurbished phones arent available yet.
My first device was just like that. Called T-Mobile and got a replacement. New device's camera is perfect!

[Q] Shaky camera?

I just bought a used Nexus 6 and when I have the camera app open the image jerks back and forth with a physical click/clack. It pretty much does it back and forth once time, every two seconds. I can only assume it is the OIS malfunctioning. Does that sound right? Has anybody else experienced this?

Did they RMA it for you with no issues. I'm having this issue now on a refurbished unit I got from Motorola.

Someone with the phone please try this.

Hey guys-
I have the galaxy s6 and I have a weird problem which I think may or may not be burn in. Someone please take the phone outside and try this:
1. Put phone under as much sunlight as possible
2. Open display to white screen.
3. Now look at the borders of the display(about 1 inch from top and bottom and 1/4 inch from left and right side.
Do you see a grey color line bordering that chunk of the display?
I am thinking of contacting t-mobile but my gut tells me this is in the design of the display assembly. Please let me know. Thanks in advance guys.
I see exactly what you're saying but it doesn't look to me like a factory defect

You see the greyish lined box? It is quite annoying once you see it.
Yeah I do but it doesn't really bother me
I see. It definitely bothers me when I see it. That is just me though. T-mobile says that it is a defect in my phone and not normal though. Looks like that is not the case.

Yes, they said it is a defect in my unit but the reality is that it is present on all units. Take a look on yours for yourself. Quite annoying once you see it.

I will certainly try tomorrow. It does seem like it will be an issue on all models based on what the other Xda user said and confirmed the same thing I have seen.

Screen green/yellow

Hi.
My friend's Nexus got screen green/yellow.
What can be?
We think maybe it is battery issues.
why or how would a battery isdue make your screen green? that idea is completely unrelated. what you have is a device with broken hardware. i recommend that you get it exchanged asap.
