A few days ago some users enrolled in MM beta program started receiving new B321 OTA, so I flashed it on top of my B303 MM and so far all good.
Apart from feeling really butter smooth and including WPS Office, Developer Options now again include OEM Unlock option(FRP unlock), solving the no bootloader unlock on MM issue.
Be sure to be on B303 MM stock recovery, extract the \dload folder from zip and place it on root of external SD card;
Get into Advanced Project Menu by dialing *#*#2846579159#*#*
Go to the bottom and select "HOTA Update"
Wait for reboot, EMUI will verify, install and optimize -took about 15 minutes, so be patient.
What I noticed is that on B321 Advanced Project Menu is gone, only standard(*#*#2846579#*#*) is available.

Hi.
So i updated to this firmware and got the unlock OEM option, and i unlocked it, got into fastboot mode (well the FRP lock screen that showed b4 when i didn't have the oem unlock option). I did the fastboot unlock process with the oem unlock key i got from Huawei website and it said it unlocked sucessfully, but i have no changes, everytime i try to go into bootloader it says that it is FRP locked :/
Any ideas?

Isn't FRP unlock different to bootloader Unlock?
Well basicly i get the same screen as if my phone was still FRP locked :s even tho i enabled oem unlock in dev settings..

You must activate the "Unlock OEM" option, reboot into fastboot and make sure you have "FRP: Unlocked" in red text. Once you confirm this use the bootloader unlock key provided by Huawei.
Well for me it says FRP locked :/ even tho i enabled oem unblock.

If in fastboot screen(picture, maybe?) you have BL unlocked/FRP locked I understand you have previously unlocked BL while on Lollipop and then somehow FRP re-locked again, maybe wrong TWRP restore...
No thats the thing i didnt have BL unlocked when in lollipop
I have managed to update to b321 from b303 version with little / no issue. Everything seems OK apart from a small annoyance - the haptic feedback for navigation buttons has stopped working. I've checked all settings and all seems OK. This was working fine on b303 so maybe it's a bug? Anyone else experiencing this?

I'm not sure if it's a bug but I prefer it without the vibration....I was of the understanding that the bug was that it couldn't be turned off in lollipop so I think if anything it's fix.
Battery drain is my biggest concern... On mobile data it's appalling...can't wait to go back to lollipop

I've checked this on my honor 7 and seems to work ok (e.g. haptic feedback for navigation buttons works) so I'm pretty sure it's not correct on mate s. I'll try factor reset and see if that cures the problem. - unless anyone else has any better ideas
So I am still on 303. will it be possible to flash the 321, then unlock the bootloader, flash custom recovery and thereafter restore an update of someone that provided a clean lollipop build via twrp?
As long as there isn't official 6.0 I would really like to get back to 5.1.1 xD
But my guess is we I still have to wait for a rollback firmware...

This error was also in lollipop version. try to switch it off in settings reboot and the switch on again and reboot and it should work like you want.

@bgx thanks for suggestion. Tried that and still no joy. I suspect it's a bug tbh. I'll try a factory reset tomorrow and see if that cures the problem. Not a massive problem but annoying as hell.
What can I do ?
http://www.noelshack.com/2016-32-1470686320-capture.png
And even through the Huawei site I receive the code does not work.
For the software to work, you must setup the phone to be in manufacturer mode. See https://www.dc-unlocker.com/huawei-android-hisilicon-unlock-guide. Once you do that and use dc-unlocker software, then you will see the phone plus all options (those that appear presently disabled) will be enabled.
I did , but that does not change when I reboot
hmmm....you don't need to reboot....Just type *#*#2846579#*#*, select "Project Menu", "Background settings", "USB ports settings", "Manufacture mode". Then connect phone to PC and start dc-unlocker. When you search for devices, you will see your P9 with the options on the top right enabled.
---------- Post added at 09:57 PM ---------- Previous post was at 09:54 PM ----------
I unlocked my phone and then de-branded it. I used dc-unlocker to unlock bootloader by purchasing needed credits.
I got the code! but it does not work
http://www.noelshack.com/2016-32-1470690356-capture.png
I'll teach him to fly, this system code makes me crazy
Ok. I don't know how or where you got the code from but assume it is not right. I say this as I used my code against the phone on a couple of occasions (change a c900 to a c432 version, etc) without any issue. Assuming it is not right, I suggest you buy credits on dc-unlocker direct. I think it is 4 euros or something like that. You just select the unlock option and it does it all for you.
I took the bootloader code and it does not work
http://www.noelshack.com/2016-32-1470691341-capture.png
Ok. Did you enable the property in Settings > Developer Options > Enable OEM Unlock ?
the code does not work, then I have had with DC Unlocker
I still like what solution?
I have 2 solutions:
1- You can try disabling "phone finder" app and try unlocking after. Some say this is the cause of making the bootloader being unable to unlock.
2- If the first solution didn't work, you can try flashing an older firmware on your phone.
I hope one of these work for you.
I can flash a firmware without unlocking the bootloader ?
I do not apply ' phone finder ' in my application ...

You don't need an unlocked bootloader to flash a firmware using the 3 button method. Try to flash an older firmware and then try to unlock your bootloader again.

To flash a firmware, download it, copy it on a /dload folder of an external sdcard and then boot your phone holding both volume buttons and power button. About SRK tool just look at dedicated thread. Is really simple to use it.

(SOLVED) So I wanted to debrand my phone, and I saw this post https://forum.xda-developers.com/p9/development/c432-oeminfo-flash-twrp-t3384903
problem is, the oem I flashed with twrp was for the p9 lite, now my phone doesn't boot inside the os, it only goes to huawei erecovery but the download always fails. I can boot to fastboot mode but everything I try to do it says command not allowed, only fastboot devices work
I hope someone can help me as I really need my phone for work, thanks very much
my original cust was C02
I also have a twrp backup I did, but I just cant get inside twrp because as soon the phone turns on it goes to erecovery
Edit: i finally resolved and I'm going to really help you if you flashed the wrong oem file just like me, just follow these steps:
1. since you installed a new oeminfo, you are gonna need to unlock the bootloader again, (just like you did the first time), but wait! here is what I did wrong, when you request an unlock code, huawei in the unlock page is gonna ask you for your imei and serial number, I was lazy and I got my imei via fastboot instead of checking the one on my phone's box, worst idea ever because when you flash another oem your imei is gonna change so that's why in the site it said sn and imei are mismatching, so take the IMEI on your phone's box and NOT via fastboot. Anyway, let's go to part 2
2. in the unlocking site they are gonna ask for a product id wich you can get by writing *#*#1357946#*#* in the phone's dialpad, but you're probably thinking "how can I do that if my phone does't boot the os?" but don't worry my brudda! just download this https://cloud.mail.ru/public/KGmS/1cEhHg1G6 , open it and chose huawei y300-0100 as product model, then put your IMEI (take the one from your phone's box!!) and it's gonna give you the product id you need in the huawei site.
3. once they give you the unlocking password, power off your huawei and connect it in your pc with your usb while holding the volume down button, you should go in fastboot mode
4. once you are in fastboot mode write in the cmd fastboot oem unlock (9982883838382365) <<(instead of this numbers write the unlocking password they gave you in the huawei unlocking site) aaaand done, you unlocked the bootloader once again.
5. if you previously had twrp (before flashing the wrong oem file) it's gonna pop up when you boot the phone, now you can use fastboot or twrp again to flash the right oem (or stock rom)
I REALLY HOPE I'M GONNA HELP YOU BECAUSE I KNOW HOW BAD IT FEELS WHEN YOU BRICK YOUR DEVICE LIKE I DID!!
Now bye everyone I need to go play soccer and I'm late

I Lost OEM unlock option when I installed a custom rom. I have waited for 7 days and the option wouldnt appear in the settings. I believe if I reboot this, Id be stuck in binary blah blah and Id be back in stock rom again and be jailed for 7 days.
Im currently rooted. Ive read an article about DrKetan OEM patch. Can I be able to install that without using TWRP? Like the app Flashify or Flashfire?
Any insights please?
Thanks
I wish to restore my TWRP backup but I cant get to TWRP as I believe id be stuck in " only official binary blah blah"
I first unlocked the boot loader but didn't worked than I was unable to find the one unlock option again in developer mode even after reflashing the firmware.
In the Odin mode it is written oem lock off
Can somebody guide me how to show that option again

Some roms hide the OEM unlock option to avoid accidentally switching it and then locking you out ie only official binaries. Search in the thread of the rom you are using to see if that is the case.

Does installing a new firmware Will replace the one unlock or not
I'm doing some research before I commit to unlocking my bootloader, and I can't find anything definitive on whether or not it's possible to re-lock after unlocking with the official tool. I have experience unlocking and re-locking bootloaders, flashing custom recoveries/ROMs/kernels etc but only with Nexus and Samsung phones, so I just want to make sure I'm clear on how Nokia's setup differs (If at all). Would also be interested to find out if Nokia will still offer me OTA's with unlocked bootloader.
Thanks for any help, and feel free to move or close the thread if it matches another one that I've missed.

No, and nobody should do it. It will brick your device.
The point of a locked bootloader is to prevent unofficial software from running, and the point of unlocking it is to make that possible. So relocking the bootloader with unofficial software installed will make the phone think that the software got corrupted and rightfully lock down the device.

Basically anyone should be able to do it and it shouldn't brick your device, as per Google's bootloader recommendations. However, manufacturers decide to cripple bootloaders not to support it in the verified boot chain (where kernel verification can be explicitly made against a custom root of trust set after the device has left the factory i.e. set by the user, instead of the original root of trust). As far as I know, only Pixel devices implement this, and can be achieved by issuing the command:
Code:
fastboot flash avb_custom_key <key_blob>
I'm sure there are lots of advanced users/modders that can find this feature beneficial (if implemented by the device vendors).

I can assume that, in service centers, they are able to reflash the entire firmware including the (secondary) bootloader. They would probably boot the device into EDL mode, and flash it with stock firmware, with a properly signed Qualcomm EDL programmer, and use Qualcomm's QFIL tool to do this.
