Absolutely not.
With your PC, they have your IP and MAC address. Then, they should ask to your provider to give them your personal informations.
With your phone, they have your IP, IMEI and phone number... that's way easier to know who you are.
However, using bt to download illegal stuff is... obviously always illegal!
This thread makes me giggle. No one can find me, because I'm not on a plan, so no one knows that the IMEI and number belong to me. Free wi-fi ftw as well.

Not really, it's just what you download.
Yeah wmTorrent is the only one for Windows Mobile.
Can you somehow change the way wm torrent registers itself to trackers? Meaning I want the tracker to think that I'm using uTorrent or BitComet, because some trackers only accept a small number of clients...

Interesting... here in Italy, when you buy a SIM card (either on a plan or not) you have to give all your infos (Passport ID, name, surname, etc)

Yeah, that's why I said "using bt to download illegal stuff is...". Obviously, if you download a Linux Distro, for example, it's totally legal!

This will be implemented in Bulgaria by the end of the year. The Government already passed the law .
Is there a Dropbox Client for Android? I know that www.getdropbox.com/iphone works, but is there an actual app?
Not that I know of. I would like a client for Android, as well...
For a starter it would be good to at least have Dropbox as an option in send to (share) menu.
I bought Discover Pro from the market and found that it has a pretty decent Box.net feature. I'll email the developer and ask him to add dropbox support.
Good to know that there might be something out there. Though even if he added support for dropbox, I could not get the app till paid apps come to the UK.
I think that this support is available in the free version as well.
Does anyone have an update on this....?

There are no bandwidth limitations nor are there any space limitations.
I will give you your own sub-domain based on your XDA user name and you can link to it directly for allowing people to download your work from an Add Free Server. All downloads are instantly started and there are no add supported web pages presented in the process.
Upon request of an account I will PM you your user name and password and instructions of how to link to a file after you have uploaded to the server via FTP.
I offer this for one simple reason, I want to help out our Dev and make it faster for the users of XDA to gain access to there work.
Why do I offer it for free...... Other than the fact I'm a nice guy.... Simple, I paid for the hosted server for a total of 3 years in one lump sum and have found myself not making use of it so rather than let it do nothing and my money be wasted, I offer it to the member of my Favorite site, XDA-Developers.

Found away around it and can now buy credits using PayPal and buy themes. Looking good.
