Hello
I just got a phone from a friend (Samsung Galaxy Note 5, SM-N920A) that was factory reset. I was wondering how to get through the FRP lock on the phone (asking to log in to an account that was previously synced on this device). I have tried SideSync and it did not work. I do not have an OTG cable either. I do not know what version Android it has but it is recent (5 or 6). I do not have the previous account information (my friend can't remember). I have tried using a hotspot and deactivating it at the right time and that did not work as well. I am open to any and all suggestions!
Thank you.

Send a mail to [email protected]. I had a FRP lock problem. This guy charged me USD 50 thru paypal but fixed my problem in 5 minutes thru online procedure.

**I HAVE PROOF OF LEGAL OWNERSHIP** My girlfriend bought her 16 year old son a Note5 on the T-Mobile network. Apparently he had dirty fingers when attempting to unlock his phone so he was locked out. I performed a hard reset to start over. The big problem is he doesnt remember ANY passwords, security questions, ect. to access his google account. Is there anything that can be done besides using the phone as a nice paperweight?
Open your Google account from pc go to settings then you'll see paired devices then remove the devices from list
It's happened to me with my s6.

Unfortunately I havent resolved the issue yet, any suggestions?
I would continue trying to guess the password. This happened to me but I remembered my Google account so it wasn't too bad. Did he setup a recovery email for that Gmail account?
You can send the device away to a JTAG flashing service, to reinstall the OS.
If you want you can root the phone then wipe the data and it will be like a new phone

Hi I'm needing help bypassing the activation lock on my brothers phone he bought it off eBay and when he got it he reformatted it (activation lock was not on in settings) but when he tried to go through the set up it asked for him to log in to the Samsung account (witch there wasn't one logged in when he formated it) now he's locked out of his phone and I can't work out any way of getting around it my self I have checked the imei number and the phone hasn't been reported as stolen
He has contacted both the eBay seller and Samsung but neither have been of any help it was running android 5.1.1
Make a Samsung account and log into it when the phone prompts for it.

Hello. The girl bought a phone at the auction, unfortunately, the phone is locked and requires a Samsung ID and password. The guy from whom it bought do not reply to e-mails and do not answer the phone. Is there a way to bypass or delete? The phone is Samsung S6 Edge.

Sounds like the phone was reported stolen to Samsung and they locked out down.
If the phone can get to download mode, maybe Odin the update to wipe it completely. Don't know if this will work.

I did a factory reset with reactivation lock enabled on my s6. Upon set up and after I enter my Google account info, I am now also required to enter my Samsung account ID and PW. I am entering the correct info but get "processing failed" error message. I've tried everything for days now. After calling AT&T without resolution, I called Samsung and am told my only option is to mail them my phone with proof of purchase and a tech will fix it...3-4 week turn around

Hi Guys, I just bought a used Tab S2 (T713) and when trying to set it up I have an issue where it says "This device was reset. To continue, sign in with a Google account that was previously synched to this device". It won't let me go further with my normal google account and keeps asking for the previous account. I did a factory reset and still no joy. Any ideas of what I could do? Just tried to Odin and still same problem? Thanks!

Contact the previous owner to unlock it for you?
Yeah, I think you basically need the help of the previous owner of the device, as there is no official way to bypass this security feature. There are some unofficial ways out there if you search, and perhaps they work but I'm not sure.
Ahh thanks, yeah i got it used of Amazon and they just replied back to just send it back to them for a refund. I'm bummed out as it was a gift for the wife
Hello, I recently acquired a used Tab 2 SM 7818A. It belonged to my brother. He did a factory reset and when initiated the setup I got as far as connecting to WIFI then as I hit next, it said it was starting the Knox Security Mobile Enrollment, and then it got stuck on a screen that says
ERROR
Google Device Owner Policies aren't supported on this tablet. Contact Support to enroll with a supported profile
I tried to google and I can't seem to find a solution. My brother couldn't give me any info that was helpful. He originally got the tablet from ATT. has anyone seen this issue before?
Rebooting/factory wiping phone does not do anything.
it wasn't a work tablet it was a personal tablet
