Hello boys i have hd7 and i want change rom but... in bootloader mode is no model id and when i try flash rom is error invalid model id... how to fix this problem...? thanks for help

I have a M3000 Orange after unlocking it with Lokiwiz03 im trying to flash it but the problem is that I don’t get all the info in the rom update utility I only get this
Image Version : 1.3.1.104
I don’t get the Model ID or the Language.
After continuing with the update with the original Orange utility it goes to Boot mode and then gives me Error 294 :Invalid ID VENDER
And when flashing it with the no-id utility it gives me the same Image Version with out Model ID or Language after pressing the update button it directly gives me ERROR 238 :FILE ERROR
Any one can help me out

You have SIM unlocked your phone. This allows you to use any SIM card in it.
If you want to flash a non-Orange ROM you must CID unlock your phone. Lokiwiz03 cannot do this.
Lokiwiz02 can CID unlock if the ROM revision is low enough.
i Unlocked it with awizard Lokiwiz02 didnt do it then i flashed with the new RUU working 100 %
But for some resone i still don’t get the Model ID or the Language do you know why ?

SInce you never bothered to mention which rom you are using I assume you're flashing one of the many custom roms here. The RUU program has been modified so that it will always allow you to attempt to flash. For this to work it has to believe that you have an older rom installed on your phone.
I downloaded the WM6 rom of HTC Herald from Thai website and tried to upgrade my Dopod C800's rom.But I faced a problem that "error invalid vender id".So I would like to know that how could I fix this problem,please.!!!

I got the same as yours. I'm THAI but working in CHINA so, I bought Dopod S1 (same model as Touch). THe OS is CHN so I also want to change the OS to ENG. After reading some advices in this web, I install the CID unlock and following with the RUU WWE (Dopod asia) and it turns out the "invalid vender ID".
Sill don't know how to do.
I just recently Flashed a stock rom Onto my HD7 which took my SPL down to 2.20.2250.0.
im currently trying to install RSPL onto my device but im running into this error:

Invalid ModelID. This means that your phone not supported.
This installer supports only limited number of the phones.
SPARK, MOZART, MONDRIAN, GOLD, SCHUBERT.
If you have phone from this list, but still have this error, please contact with DFT team.

if that MID isnt supported is there another specific Rom i could flash onto my device to make this work?

you must be doing something wrong....
ur phone is supported and u should be able to flash/install HSPL/RSPL by Cotulla
looks like ur not using cotulla #3 HSPL...?
you need cotulla hspl in order to flash custom rom

can anyone help me ? i have HTC HD7 and after i tried to flash custom rom it got stuck or something like that. now i tried to flash it with deepshining v7.7 and its starts and gets to 1% and than it displays ERROR 244 : INVALID MODEL ID ... how can i fix that ? i get into Bootloader and rspl it and its same every time... i triend deepshining,eburon,nextgen+,dynamics... but on every rom i try i get same error.. plz help ?
Hello Guys i have problem downgrading bootloader for htc hd7 it always stuck at loading .... after i put the phone to USB Mode
so what do you think guys ? what could be the problem ?wrong region rom ? or what ?
and also do i need Gold Card Tool for this ?
