Hey guys,
So i've been trying to get SixAxis Controller working with my P8 lite 2017, but it seems to fail on every single method it tried to configure Bluetooth on.
I always seem to be getting the error "Failed to configure Bluetooth".
I am rooted with Magisik and I allowed it the app root access when it requested it so i'm very confused why it doesn't work especially with this sort of error. I am able to connect devices via bluetooth to my device.
So i'm wondering if you'll know how to fix this issue.
Many Thanks!

Ok so i am strugling to find a definitive answer on my problem so ive registered to these forums as i know i will get the best of help from here.
Ok my problem is that i have an Unofficial Playstation 3 Controller And i would like to use this with my galaxy note, i have installed Sixaxis (yes i know it reccomends an official controller) and when i try to connect my controller to it nothing happens until the ligs stop flashing on my controller then sixaxis says client disconnected. i was wondering if their was any possible way of connecting my unofficial controller to my phone and was also wondering what possible difference there can be between unofficial and official controllers in terms of connectivity that causes unofficial ones to not work.
many thanks in advance
I just purchased a Moga Pro bluetooth gamepad to use with my HTC One and I've been having connection issues with it, has anyone else had issues with the HTC One and a Moga Pro?
At first I could not get both modes on the Moga Pro setup t hrough the Moga Pivot app.. I would start the setup procedure in the Moga Pivot app and choose "Setup Mode A and Mode B" which starts the setup of Mode B first, and that would sync and connect just fine. But then when it got to setting up Mode A it would not sync and connect. So I unsynced everything and started over, this time I choose "Setup Mode A only" and doing it that way Mode A would setup and connect just fine but then I wasn't able to setup Mode B.... So basically I could only have one or the other setup, not both. FINALLY after trying several different things I was able to setup Mode A through the Pivot app and then manually setup Mode B through the Android Bluetooth Settings, however it took MANY MANY tries to get it to find and sync Mode B because it just wouldn't show up as a pair-able device.
The only issue is while I'm playing games with the Moga Pro it will frequently lose bluetooth connect and will not reconnect until I exit the game and go back to the Moga Pivot app, at which point it reconnects automatically, it just won't do so while I'm still in the game after it disconnects...
I am running a custom ROM and Kernel (ARHD 9.3 for the ROM, and ElementalX 0.11 for the Kernel), and have not been able to test it on the stock HTC One kernel and rom yet... Just trying to get an idea if other people are having the same issues or not before I go wiping my phone and reverting back to stock. In terms of general bluetooth issues I've read through the forum on the rom and kernel I'm using and no one has really reported any bluetooth issues.

I am going through the same issue with my HTC One (verizon) running the stock rom. I've had many issues with bluetooth connectivity with this phone in its stock ROM (cant hook up a ps3 controller even though it is rooted) so I purchased the MOGA as a workaround to keep my stock ROM and still have a bluetooth controller.
I can only get either mode A or B to sync as well, it frustrated me for a good 20-30 minutes before I gave up on it last night.

Strangely I have had bluetooth issues as well. I have found it would drop the connecting after a max of 2minutes of playing a game. Until, that is I took the Note3 I am using out of the holder and on my lap. Works perfectly. Seems a little distance seems to work for the Moga and my Note3.
I would be quite interested in an explanation - why does this happen? It is also a bit of pain as the reason I bought the thing was that it could be used as kind of one unit.
Hi I am planning to buy this, I have updated to Kitkat now. Does anyone still encounter this?
Just purchased a Moga pocket for my stock rooted HTC One M8 and cant get the phone to locate it on bluetooth.
Hi,
I just noticed that my n64 Bluetooth controller doesn't work anymore. It is a wiimote mod. I used it with n64oid, which supports bluez ime within the app.
I get the error: "BT socket connect failed". My research came to the result, that android tries to connect to the wiimote itself, which does not work because the Wii mote connects without a pin. Android requires a pin though. It holds the connection and blocks apps from establishing a connection on their own.
Does anyone know if you can bypass this.
Thanks a lot

Hello, a fellow 3T owner here!
Just installed the latest OxygenOS 5.0.1 update and after that I am unable to cast my screen to my cars screen via Miracast. I am able to connect to my car via Wi-Fi but after turning "Cast" on I get the error message: "Connected, no internet". Before the update everything was working fine.
Does anybody have a similar issue? Any solutions?
Thanks!
Have you tried casting to another smart display? Something like your Laptop/PC? On Windows 10, search for the Program "Connect" and use the same way to connect to it.
Why? To nail down where the issue may be, in your phone or your Car Screen. Also, try using another Miracast Compatible device to connect to it.
Miracast
I was having the same problem...EZMira app (Playstore) works like a charm for me
Hi, i searched the whole forum and no luck =(
After oreo update, the sixaxis app stopped working.
Usually worked at method 2, but now it says "wrong number of ports were opened"
I tried somehow to connect the sixaxis with directly system Bluetooth, but It requires a pin.
I tried otg cable and none of those steps worked.
I'm so sad, any help please =))

I have the same issue. I believe its to do with Oreo update. Try emailing the dev, I have emailed them but no reply so far
This problem will be forever
It seems that the developer is dizzy and almost crazy. Because it won't be able to overcome this. Or because he has given up and resigned his life in the real world
Sixaxis works for me in almost every oreo custom ROM, not sure what you have experienced but mine works, I tried all oreo ROMs to get the best of PUGB smooth non-overheating like a lava and used sixaxis in every single one of them.
I just change my connection method to 2 and nothing else. *at first I changed my dualshock bluetooth address using the OTG* and then didn't need to do it all over again.

Tried method 2 and it didn't work for me. I'm on stock OOS
Quick Start:
- Pair controllers via USB using supplied utility
- Use 'start' and 'stop' to toggle driver
- Press power button on controllers to activate
- Change input method to 'Sixaxis Controller'
- Check 'help' menu for detailed instructions

I didn't try it on OOS actually, and input method was left untouched.
Sixaxis works with bluetooth I only used OTG in pairing at first, maybe your app is somehow corrupted?
Btw sixaxis still works on Pie too.
Still not working for me
anyone found any solution for it?

Nope, only solution I could find was to buy a Nintendo switch. On the plus side my phone battery now lasts for days as I don't play any games on it

Are you sure about that: is sixaxis working on Pie?
