How can i delete the root?

Reflash your phone with official firmware and odin

[KERNEL] [STOCK] Stock Kernel UNTOUCHED AND FLASHABLE

Tried on only SM-9005F, didnt try on the others..

I made a flashable zip for the stock kernel. To avoid redownloading a stock rom just to flash the stock kernel

in which case do i use it without trip the knox?
Becasue i understand the i can't downgreat kernal without trip the knox...

Has anybody tried this on a device that is not the 900F? Wondering if this is crossflashable between some Snapdragon variants.

This is only boot image and not the complete kernel. Modules are missing and could lead to soft-brick.

Hmm, strange. It worked on my device. Only with the boot image.

Hi. I too want to make s health app work on my rooted yet stock running as of now, note8. I went on the above link but the download link for app seems to be down. Could you please attach your method and the APK file you used. It would be a great help. Thanks!

. Open the root file explorer and go to the /system folder.
3. Open the file named build.prop in text editor
4. In the build.prop file look for ro.config.tima=1 change the 1 to 0 and save changes
The regular shealth app will work after that

If it is the snapdragon version you can't it is root with no updates or stock with updates. To uproot just flash stock firmware with oden warning that will wipe your phone and it will be like when you got the phone

If you have Exynos and want stock firmware/updates, then just flash the latest stock firmware using Odin.
If on the other hand you are rooted and want to stay that way, then just make the build.prop change for s-health and enjoy. You can't get ota updates while rooted, but you could flash new updates through Odin and then re-root, etc. (but make backups first).

Can I not root and then make build.prop change for s-health and then unroot via the unroot option in SuperSU app ?

Well until some one finds a way to reset knox , i believe no other way to update OTA on rooted device. Flashing Stockrom will solved OTA problem but S Health will remain unable to Opens.
If you wants to unroot, just choose full unroot from superuser manager app after editing the build.prop (still No OTA update though)

There is a line in build.prop that if you change, it allows you to use shealth on a rooted phone.

Anyone on Bootloader 2 or 3, these fimwares will update it to 4. If you end up not liking 8.1 Oreo on the tablet and want to go back to your native country's stock 7.0 firmware, you might not be able to, so check before hand, or wait for custom firmware.

If you decompress the firmware and install it via twrp you can avoid that

I'm still waiting for official update to hit my T585 and maybe then I'll install TWRP(I hope someone will port Tab S4 firmware and DeX mode)

[Q] Anyway to Root with magisk without TWRP ?

Hi, I flashed the oreo stock with odin and now i want to root with magisk without installing twrp recovery, to keep stock recovery and stay official. Anyhow?

As far as i know you can do it by patching the boot.img of the stock rom on magisk and then with 7zip you can make a .tar file wich you can flash through Odin on AP. But i'm not sure, because i didn't do it, but it can be an option, I hope it has been helpful for you.
