hello guys,
my phone was charging when i left it but when i come back it was stuck in the boot screen
i restart a few times but it wont get pass the Zenfone screen
so i go to recovery mode, and did a factory reset
after factory reset, the phone restarts and stuck in Asus screen
this went on for one full day and countless restarts
and i cant access the recovery mode anymore; i can only go to fastboot (Power + Vol UP) because any other screen wont work. it will show
CSC Fastboot Mode
so i google around and flashed a RAW file for the ZE620KL but it doesnt go all the way.
i got an error while updating the partition (like screenshot attached)
so anything else i can do to remedy this situation?
im.not sending it for warranty claim, yet.
ZE620KL ASUS ZenFone 5 - X00QD (Qualcomm sdm636 UFS)
ZE620KL ASUS ZenFone 5 - X00QD (Qualcomm sdm636 UFS)

i send the phone for RMA, got it back. they said motherboard problem
Zenfone 5
Hi i also have the same problem, the phone died but when i connect it to my pc it detects Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader9008. i tried flashing through qfil a million times but it gives me same error, with this word "sahara fail". please anyone out here can help out? i want my phone back.
any progress related to the problem? my phone is same as the op stated
These two terrible re-locking codes shocked me, thinking that the phone is dead. Fortunately, I found a solution. You may need to find an old stock rec and follow the video operation without disassembling the phone, focusing on decompression. Go to the adb folder to have an effect

Hello,
First of all, sorry for my english as it is not my mother language
I've tried today flashing CM13 on my Wiko Rainbow, but I either failed following the instructions or the files I had were corrupted, leading to a never-ending boot.
I don't know if it was already a soft-brick back then, as the phone turned off while booting just after the installation, but 40min after it (obviously because of en empty battery, which was at 37% before installation)
At first, when the phone was plugged into the computer, the phone was booting up, showing the charging icon for a few seconds, and then was going into the infinite boot for 10 seconds, and then rebooting for the same process.
When I was charging the phone on a wall plug, the phone was just in an infinite loop.
The problem was that, when I did the Volume down + Volume up + power thing, I had a choice between Factory mode and Custom mode, but both of them led me to a black screen, and the phone powered off.
I then searched how to install a custom recovery with a soft-bricked phone, and I got a tutorial on SP Flash Tool, that told me to use a MT6582 scatter file, and to select only a Recovery. I downloaded a TWRP for my phone, and then started download, retracted the battery and plugged the phone on the computer.
I got this message : "brom error s_fthnd_file_is_not_loaded_yet"
The software told me to format the Flash, which I did, and this error now became this : "BROM ERROR : S_DL_GET_DRAM_SETTING_FAIL (5054)"
The thing is that now, the soft brick is now a hard brick, and I can't get the phone to boot anymore, adb doesn't recognize my device, and after installing and reinstalling my phone drivers, no solution came out yet, so I'm hopping that you'll find a solution to help my problem
Thanks.
Regards.

You're going to need the firmware (not just TWRP) to fix your phone. Have you been able to download it?

using SP Tool gives directly through the USB
I would like to ask some few solutions from expert people here. My phone was stuck in Boot loop for no apparent reason and cause. So, here's the chronology: I was playing Vainglory and it was still drafting heroes in ranked match. During that time, the phone just got freeze and unresponsive for several seconds. Then, it restarts and there we go. It starts boot loop cycle. I don't know what causes it.
How do I solve this? I need help, please. The Phone is Unlocked Bootloader and it is in root condition. As for the version, it was using 4.88B. I would require step by step detail in solving this boot loop before i decided to go to service center and have it fixed which is possible to remove Unlocked bootloader and root which I do not want that to happen.
Thank you so much in advance.
PS: After shutting it off for 30 min, I tried turning it back on. It does bring me to the home screen but then few seconds, it reboots again and causes boot loop. Nevertheless the case, once Powered by android logo came, I won't be able to bypass that.
Try to hold Volume up and Power while launching the phone - it will bring you into the recovery mode of android. From there you should wipe your phone data - sorry there's no viable solution for you, if it's a software bootloop then it should help you bring the phone to factory state and get rid of issues.

Sir, It doesn't show the recovery mode. It is like no recovery exist. It just shows Powered by android logo and then keeps restarting.
did you solve your issue? trying to reboot?
How did it happen?
and How did it solved? Did your phone start then?
I think from TWRP you choose to boot different slot.
So I think you have different Kernel-boot to another system-version
Good afternoon folks, I'm having a very big problem. Yesterday I was using my phone listening to music, I then received a text message in a group text. I went to pull down the notification center but my touch screen wasn't responding. I thought it was a one off but tried to open my phone and nothing was responding to my touch. I then did a reset (vol dnw+power) which restarted the phone but still the touch screen was unresponsive. Reset phone again now here I am in the infinite boot loop. It starts to galaxy note 8 screen and stays for about 30 sec then goes to recovery mode but will lock up and restart this process over again. I've tried to manually boot into recovery mode but it doesn't work. I'm able to boot to download mode where I've tried flashing with stock firmware but after flashing is restart back to the boot loop. Note 8 hasn't been flashed with anything custom before so this thing is a big mystery for me. Any help would be greatful. Thanks in advance

Make sure you flash the correct firmware for your model. What is SM-950u1 anyway?? You should also use the latest Odin 3.13.1 or higher. Odin lower than that is giving problems with Oreo firmware. Good luck. LJ

Hey
yesterday i almost bricked or maybe bricked my phone. Accidentally changed partition from B to A. Today my phone boot only to nokia logo and stuck on it
Many hours readed about this phone back to life. Recover mode not work, fastboot mode not work. This phone one chance to turn off is completly battery discharge.
If no chance to get back this phone to normal i will get throw it to trash
Classic example of a softbrick can't really call it a hardbrick tbh. PM me all of the details and I'll later make a tutorial if we manage to fix it up.

I did the same thing.
- Downgrade to Oreo
- unlocked officially bootloader
-fastboot boot twrp.img
booted to twrp- Flashed zip on both slot with latest twrp
Changed slot A to slot B and
we have same problem.
How did you solve your issue?
Did you wait for battery-drain?
Or other combination of buttons.
I tried all the button-combination without success.
Hope you could give advice
Regards
Edit: How to solve!
I simply waited until the battery ran out
When battery was completely dead and no Nokia-logo any more
Then I charged the battery 3% juice without booting
and from there I entered recovery-mode with the help of a USB cable.
Holding the volume+ button while connecting the USB-cable
From TWRP-recovery I changed to the other inactive slot
and whooala, that's it!
I have OEM unlocked my nokia 8 boot loader by nokia official method ,
Then I decide to flash twrp and magick
When boot twrp it give an error that locked
Then I checked some forums and find a way ,
I do what is guided in that forum
Change boot slot b to a ... and I flashed twrp then I flash rom , at the end of flash slide to reboot , then I reboot but after that there is no response in device it went blank and black.....
If I connected to PC in some flash tool it show hs com 3008 and connecting sound in pc but mobile being blank and i cant even get to fast boot mode becoz device get blank ( while connected in pc if I power on or hold power but connection sound will come from my pc but no device or unknown device )
Pls help friends, really dunno what to do

Hi guys, i need help with my ROG Phone II CN ver
the other day, i was downloading stuff from PlayStore, just regular app, and suddenly it shuts off.
Then i turn in on again and it stuck on the ROG logo forever.
I force shutdown and try again, still stuck.
Then i boot into fastboot, and try to access the recovery mode, no avail, when i choose recovery mode, its also stuck in ROG logo
Now, i already try flashing raw both CN and WW and doesnt work, the result is FAILED. I've downloaded bunch of raw firmware and seems like AFT can't flash my phone.
Next i try the EDL method using the XiaomiFlash, it works and give a green success sign, BUT when i turn on the phone, STILL STUCK ON LOGO
I've try using another PC and still cant get it work.
Now i dont know what to to anymore. Can anyone help before i finally have to get this to the service center.
Is the NAND (UFS) broken? or anything else i can do?
FYI the phone still "works" like charging and even detecting normal/quick charge.
THanks guys
