Currently, the pro handle for the left hand side is being sold on the official website. However, the picture shows the handle on the right side as well.
If you put the handle on the right hand side of the phone, can you use the right joystick and the R1 R2 buttons at the same time or are they too far apart?

The pro handle has no difference, the right and the left its the same handle , you just have to flip one of them , and when you connect them its will ask you to choose between right and left handle ,

The right joystick is set really low on the handle. Are you able to use the right stick while pressing the shoulder buttons (R1/R2)? Thank you.

You can use the r1 and r2 but it will be under your hand
The handle have 2 button on the top and 2 button on the bottom
You have to watch a video on YouTube to have better understanding

I just got a NC for christmas and am wondering if I need to return for a new one. On the left side while in portrait mode, I notice that the bezel is able to flex when I pinch the top and bottom side togeter. The right side does but not nearly as much. I can also see a little light bleeding out from the edge.
Is this common and worth my time to exchange? THanks.
Anybody have any insight?

Flexing is common, but light bleeding is not something I would want to live with...
I would exchange it if I were you.
I don't really see any flexing, but I do notice that the Nook does creak slightly when I'm holding the left side (portrait). So I guess there is a tiny bit of flexing on that side.

Same, supa solid, just can feel it move a bit on the upper left by power (cant tell by eye)
No flexing at all for me.... feels very solid all around... So its not ALL of them.
Mine creaks on the left side as well.
I have the exact same issues as the op. I think Im going to return it though since i can't live with the little bit of creaking.
As for the OP's inquiry, its really up to you to decide if you can live with it or not.

Same here. I can hear the creak but not feel any flexing. And the addition of the silicon case makes any creaking inaudible, which I'm thankful for.
I noticed my Incredible S's back/battery cover isn't firmly attached even after reattaching it to the phone a few times. I can press down a little bit of the left back cover but the right side is okay. Anyone else experiencing this?
I also tried pressing down that side first to secure it when reattaching but it's still the same.
The side I'm talking about is the opposite side of the volume rocker.
Mine fits perfectly, take it back for a replacement
My first IS had this problem
I returned it to have another one, nothing to complaine now with this one
but before making the exchange, check the new one if there is a problem with the battery cover
Well, it's a minor annoyance but I can live with it. It's probably not worth the expense of exchanging it since I bought it internationally online. I just had to make sure I'm not just placing it the wrong way.

Hi,
I THINK I have had a similar issue when trying the first times..
One side, I think the one with the +/- loudness button didn't close perfectly..
I found that it only works when I start fitting the cover at the top first and start pressing on both sides (left and right), slowly moving my fingers downwards and pressing.
I had the same problem next to the SDCard slot, but I swapped it for a new one and its fine

Any DIY fix for this? It's just that my thumb is always on that spot. :l
I've had this as well, it just takes some magic and trickery to get it to fit perfectly. Dont really know how I managed it to fit perfectly again, but I removed it several times and pressed the area I was having trouble with first.
I had this yesterday on the right side. Pushed hard from top/bottom and it wouldn't go in.
I then tried from the side and this worked. Hope this makes sense as its hard to explain.

What do you mean from the side?
There was a slight gap a couple of mm. Looked like the inside teeth type parts weren't quite lining up to allow pressing together. I pushed it side on (the right side edge) and it clicked in.

Hmmm, my problem is on the left side though (when battery cover is facing you), only the middle part of the edge of the battery cover wouldn't close properly. I think this is the part between the two teeth.
Any guide to properly close it back?
Does anybody else find the S.pen of the SGN really bad??.. when it comes to drawing some stuff..? Any remedy for that?
Sent from my GT-N7000 using XDA App
i don't draw but i do annotate quite a lot, and it feels like the calibration is a bit off. what in particular about it is your concern?
Like, the place where i point the pen and the place where it writes is not the same, the location where it writes is a little bit to the upper left( not precise)... and its also has a latency after writing...
Its not a very big problem for me just a little critic...

I've used five s-pens so far, and two of them were significantly worse than the other three. Good news is that the problem is most likely with the pen itself and not with the Note!
Try getting a different pen (e.g. there is an official Samsung holder that comes with another pen). For the offset problem, try to switch from right to left to right... several times --- sometimes that helps to make the offset more reasonable. Also experiment with the angle of the Note as you write, often that makes a difference too.
Just my two cents...
The reason why it seems a bit of is done on purpose.
You notice this when you change your writing hand in the settings.
When it's set to your right hand, the drawing is slightly left of your pen. With the left hand it's the other way around.
This is done so you can see what you are drawing/writing and your hand is not in the way.
I know it sucks, but Samsung made it this way.

This is true, but some pens have larger offset than the others. I think some of them have sensitive elements inside aligned better. And actually this works rather nicely if the offset is reasonable, at least for me. Takes a bit of practice, but feels quite natural after a while... if you think about it, some offset is appropriate, since there are three surfaces at different depths: the writing surface, the "displaying" surface, and the actual surface which is sensitive to the pen's movements (this one is quite deep, it's behind the screen, not in front of it)...
Try different pens before giving up
Yeah the calibration is not exact to the point. When I'm writing words normally I'm not really affected, only when it comes to drawing in slow motions, the placement is off and it's frustrating for drawing little details.
However, I managed to dig out an old stylus which came with my ancient fujitsu tablet PC and it's calibrated perfectly.
I've noticed that the angle to which I hold the s-pen to the surface makes a difference in percieved accuracy.

With the Fujitsu pen, does it have calibration issues or extra lines if you write on it upside down, like if you were lying on your back? My biggest pet peeve with this phone is that I can only use the pen if I'm sitting upright and holding the pen just so, otherwise calibration is way off and a lot of unintended lines appear.

I've noticed this too. It's most apparent to me when I set my phone on a table, holding the pen by it's very end. Touching the screen with the point and changing the angle of the pen relative to the screen--without moving the tip of the pen;s position at all--you can see the cursor move with the angle of the pen, even though the tip stays in one place.
The best way to fix this, in my mind, is for Wacom to do on this phone what they do for a lot of their tablets--have a little dot show up on the screen when you hover your pen, so you know where you'll be drawing.

I see, so its most likely caused by the pen rather than the note itself... ill give the app(touchscreentune) a try..thanks.

hey guys i am on 4.0.4 open germany, all good and fast! but i have a problem, there is a point on the screen very uncalibrated. if i start drawing from left to righ at the middle of the screen, when i am in the right side i can drawg good, it draws like 5 milimeters far. i triyed with touchscreen tune, it works but not with that point.
It is normal they have done it so for right left handed use. If you go to spen settings and switch to left then those 5mm will move to the left side of the screen. Imba developer made this I guess using offset to switch left-right handed and not to use new axes for the pen.

Mine definitely isn't loose at all. There's no wiggle room in any direction. Tapping lightly doesn't nothing, but pressing firmly gives a nice solid click, just as you would expect.
I'd exchange it through TMO before your window closes. That is, if it bothers you (and it would bother me).

I have the same thing.. mine is firm but if you lightly tap it without pressing it all the way down it wobbles a bit.. I thought it was mine but I ordered another one and it had the same thing. I went in at the Tmo store and the one on display does it as well..

they're all like this. have yet to come into contact with one where there isn't at least a slight bit of movement vertically. i believe this was intended and how it was designed.
@whittikins might want to try putting on glasses and check again. it's an extremely tiny bit of movement, very hard to see unless you're really looking for it.

OP didn't have to look for his. He said that tapping it lightly makes it move and is loose. Mine doesn't and is not loose at all. The only movement I can get is by pressing just enough to not click it and putting pressure up/down (toward the top/bottom of the screen). I can detect a slight movement, but it's silent and not at all like OP describes. Pushing against the edge of the button with my fingernail in any direction doesn't result in any movement. I have to be pressing down and purposely pushing it sideways to see anything.

i was essentially confirming to everyone that there should at least be slight movement vertically (that's up and down) without any noise and without actually clicking the button.
OP needs to exchange his/her device.

My home button is firm but it does wiggle a bit.
But whats bothering the most is the battery life!
I also have a black one and just picked it up Sunday here is Australia. I have taken it back and had it replaced as the Mobile provider agreed that it was a fault. The new one now also has the same issue.
I have also found a video on youtube that shows the noise that it makes as it is so loose. www dot youtube dot com/watch?v=Y5FoWeDGQZ4 (not able to post link as I am new)
Contacting Samsung customer support was not much use but they said that it can be sent in to look at but will be charged if no fault it found. I believe it to be Faulty.
this is a massive hassle to be without a phone for who knows how long... not impressed.

Same issue here. The left side of the home button rattles a little bit when i press lightly on it. Should i exchange or is it normal?
I got the 32GB S6 in Black.
My Button wiggles too when i slightly move it up and down, not much but it bother me a lil bit.
Problem is: i rooted my phone and after that the problem occured...
I dont know if they would see the Knox Trigger, cuz its a Materialfault and im in the first 14 Days(Got it 2 Days now).
Maybe i will live with it.I didnt pay for it.
