Is the headphone jack of mark ii compatible with mdr nc750? Does the noise cancelling feaure still work?
No to both. Those headphones don't work at all and the phone states "not compatible" on screen.
It works now, maybe with last update [emoji16]
Edit: Well it's not perfect, sometimes Google assistant starts by itself...

Turn the Jack and plug it again, for me it doesn't work on every position.

Hi everybody,
To be honest I was very dissapointed when I opened the RAZR i box and noticed it came without headphones, I know a lot of people says all stock headphones su*ks, but, I am one of the few persons who still use stock headphones for playing music, talking to people while driving, etc.
I have tried to use 2 kinds of headphones with mic for the talking while driving purpose, but not even one of them worked. (iphone & sony headphones)
Is it going to be a pain in the ass finding a good compatible pair of headphones with mic?
Mine came with stock headphones/mic.

Really?
Now I'm confused, because a friend of mine and I bought the phone the same day, and none of them came with stock headphones, just the usb cable and charging adapter, I guess thats how they sell it just here @ Latin América or more specifically México.
Kind of su*ks.

Mine came with a set of headphone/mic too
(EU Retail of contract)
I'm from Germany, and mine had headphones included.
If you are looking for working headphones, I use the Sony MW600.
All buttons work a intended by the manufacturer, sound is good, my conversation partners have no trouble understanding me even with a lot of noise around, the battery lasts for about 12 hours of nonstop music.
Look guys...

just mine
Spoiler
Mine came with its own headphone.
But i bought a Jayz One+ headphone which is fully compatible.(better quality than Moto's headphone)
So, i managed to break my stock headphones. they were pretty rubbish and i'm looking to replace them anyway, but if anyone could recommend a cheap alternative that would be great.
It's a shame that the other headsets i have (that i had previously with my xperia ray) don't work in that they are only detected as non-microphone headphones and the volume is muted unless the button is help down, so i can't start/stop music or answer calls or speak with people using them.
i don't want bluetooth or anything, just some cheap wired ones.
Mine came with
Manual - Guide
Auriculares Motorola - Stock headphones
Cable USB
Accesorio para extraer sim - Sim and sdcard extracter
Cargador de batería - Battery charger
I bought it in Claro, Argentina.
I suggest that you will have to buy a headphone in a local. They are like 10U$D more or less.

Hi all,
Recently purchased Poweramp and am slowly going through the process of finding out the right levels but has anyone got any ideas of good preset levels?
Also, would you leave beats on or off when using different EQ settings?

I leave beats on eq i have on rock i think it sounds the best one and put bass on to about half way if you're rooted get PureXAudio then you will have the perfect sounds
It's all a matter of taste. Personally I find that there is too much bass with Beat on. I cut it and mix with the equalizer to get a balanced mix.

I turned the volume up all the way in Power amp, and turned volume limiter off for about 2 seconds. It distorted like I hooked it up to a car amp.
Is anyone else experiencing audio interference when using the headphone jack? When i'm using my phone as the aux in my car i have bad interference/scratchy noises/high pitch whining. The cord isn't the problem, i have ruled that out. It happens even when nothing is playing.
Nothing like that for me.

I have the same background noise, but I just successfully installed Viper4android with some preset convolver impulse response mods, very little back ground hissing from my head phones. I'll give it try in my car soon and let you folks know the outcome. All I can say is eargasm

I've had similar problems on other phones. It turned out that I had gotten some lint in the headphone jack and it wasn't making good contact. Try cleaning it out with a needle or something (gently).

Hey guys,
So after a lot of time on custom roms with different sound mods, i finally came back to stock, but now i have the impression that my speakers volume is very low, others phone like my old Nokia Asha 302 cover my HTC One while both play music(the same song). Is the volume that low on stock, or i have a problem on soft/hardware part?
Clean your speaker grills with a toothbrush. I'm 95% sure that will fix your problem

I hear you man, I have an Asha 200 and its speaker is loud as hell. But it doesn't sound as good as the one. You're not gonna get higher volume on your One, but you will get better quality

My first phone was an nokia 6234. I've nevere had any phone as loud as it. But i must admit that sound quality from htc one is awesome, but if it was a little bit louder it was perfect..

You can try a sound mod like Project ERA or intense blast (I think that's what it's called).

Disconnect head unit's internal microphone and use only external.

Yes it is.
You said that the bluetooth call quality was garbage, and because of that, you are using a crazy hack to work around it.
YOUR CRAZY HACK WILL NOT WORK.
You need to fix the cause of the bad call quality.

Your crazy hack WILL NOT WORK.
You don't need to buy another microphone, you need to use the EXTERNAL one that came with the head unit.
Problem is because you have TWO MICROPHONES CONNECTED -- the external one, which is fine, and the INTERNAL one, which is CRAP.

If you don't have external microphone, you will have to buy one.
Also means that when you are trying to use a proper bluetooth call, you are EXCLUSIVELY using the ABSOLUTE CRAP built in microphone.
THE BUILT IN MICROPHONE IS COMPLETE AND UTTER GARBAGE.
And again.... YOUR CRAZY HACK WILL NOT WORK.
