I see you've come from a OnePlus (from our posting history)...
Either you've accidentally posted in the wrong device thread, or aren't aware that there is no such feature (at least for Pixel's Android 13). I don't know anything about OnePlus devices, so I'm just assuming that's an option/feature there...
Now I use Pixel 7 with Android 14 developer preview

ahhh...maybe it's an Android 14 developer preview thing, but you can't find it on stock Android 13...
It might be good to update the title and/or OP if you are seeking that feature that might specifically be for Android 14 dev preview...

Hi Guys

Nexus Factory Images (Nexus 4 image is on there): https://developers.google.com/android/nexus/images
Nexus 4 is not supported by AOSP.

Not being a developer, I'm not really sure of the implications of this. What are the implications?

Meaning the sources for N4 will not be provided by Google, like they did/do with all other Nexus devices. You won't be able to just download the Android sources and build a ROM like you were able to with other nexus devices.

Can you give us a link? I just ordered a Nexus 4 and this is awful news.
The Groups link doesn't use clear language and doesn't rule out future release..
this shouldn't be in the dev section
Sent from my Nexus 4

Im sorry if its in the wrong section but I understood the sticky to say that stock rom's are allowed in the dev section. Please close/move if necessary.
JBQ's post here - https://groups.google.com/forum/?fromgroups=#!topic/android-building/-ymcoMuDAbA
It clearly says "There is nothing in AOSP related to Nexus 4"
On google+ I asked him: "Does that mean Nexus 4 not supported by AOSP?"
JBQ: Correct.
Me: But any plans to include N4 in AOSP later on?
JBQ: I can't comment about the future, sorry.

wtf is this nonsense!!!
it's a Nexus device just like the Nexus 7, 10, Galaxy Nexus, etc...y shouldn't it have AOSP?! :crying:
if this were true, then T-Mobile should have went ahead and added wifi calling to their version.

It's just really stupid from Google to say something like "I can't comment about the future."
There is a reason for it and I think it's quite logical to tell it. It wasn't a problem to tell why the N7 3G can't get AOSP support so why should it be a problem with the N4.

In mutli tasking bar, even after pressing clear all, an residual app is left with lesser background than the app itself. And when i touch it, it disappears. Even after using memory booster, it is present.(see attachment)
PS: I didn't lock the app.
I have had this bug since the day i bought this phone.
I happens very frequently too.

Is there any custom kernels available that will enable the HDMI out feature on the pixel 4 or 4xl?

I don't believe as of now there is anything out there that will enable video out over usb-c. However I have heard (not from an official source so could be misinformation) that Google did put the hardware in the Pixel 4 to use it but just has it software disabled. If this is true, it should just be a matter of time before someone figures out a way to enable it.

It's already been reported in xda that Google disabled in the kernel, hence my post. Am hoping for someone with the know-how can do it.
I just got the Pixel 5 and I'm curious why some games are showing up full screen but most cut off the left side right under the notch? Is there a way to fix this or is it on the developer? It's odd because on my S20 Plus the same games play full screen with no issues so it seems to be a Pixel thing?
Still no solution? Got a Pixel 4a and this is exactly my problem aswell..how bad.

It's not just games. A lot of apps do that in landscape as well, like Google Maps and Telegram. There's a new Magisk module that fixes it though.
Download the module from here.
Flash it with Magisk Manager and reboot.
Go to settings > Developer Options and scroll down to "Display Cutout" and choose the Pixel 5 option.
That's it, no more black bar.

See my reply above. This mod will work for you too, but the Pixel 5 option might not work as well as the OnePlus FHD choice. Try them both to see which works best.

Wow. It is ugly and annoying. It looks like Google is not even trying to fix it. Since I just bought my Pixel 5, I only have 2 choices to fix the issue. Return the phone and get a different brand or root my new phone to fix the problem.
So much for pure Android experience.

Are you talking about an app to just wipe the entire phone? If so, Android all in one tool works for that via adb and fastboot. I had to use it after changing my password on bootup and ****ing up both of the new ones the same way, lost all of my years of Google data
If you mean the feature on the pixel 6 where you can pick and remove assets in photos, then no the 10 pro doesn't have it.
But you do have lightroom on android though.

Open stock OnePlus photos app and tap editor they have one built in
I am talking about the Pixel 6 feature. I have read articles that it was ported to other devices a time ago, other Pixels and rooted devices and wondered if it was available for the OnePlus 10 pro through a mod now.
The object eraser in Lightroom is a paid feature as far as I know.
