Cingular 8125 (IPL/SPL 2.25.0001), SIM/CID Lock!
I used Lokiwiz03 to unlock the SIM, Success!
I download the dopod chinese rom to upgrade,after upgrade,can boot once in chinese rom. i found IPL change to 2.25, but SPL no change.
Afer i reset the phone, it Can't power On,no respond!
anyone can help me?
you bricked your wizard by flashing g4 unit with g3 ipl/spl. now you can throw it out or send to me (this is impossible to repair - maybe in future Jtag will help but it takes years?)

I downgraded my 9100 to CID unlock (2.21 prev.) I used CUSTOM__RUU_Wizard_1050412_WWE_101_11210_WWE, but after ROM flash ok, I had the reset and the starting screen freezing!
I resetted but no more life's signs!
The power button seems not work!

It is a clasiccal bric.. Your MDA will not work.. You have had G4 Device and you have flash ROM without G4 IPL/SPL. ROM 1.x is imposible to flash to G4 Wizard without any change of that ROM and brick your MDA.
I was trying to upgrade my ROM to G4 CID unlock my device. For some reason, i cant load the OS my phone, and when i turn on my phone, i stay in the bootloader, with IPL and SPL in 2.26.
What i can do? I'm diperate Help Me pls...

its not dead if you still have a bootloader! all is not lost!
what you need to do is download the official update for the phone, the OFFICIAL t-mobile/cingular or qtek one
boot the phone into bootloader mode
plug the phone in
run the update as normal just let it go through
and all should be good!

I use a G4 qtek 9100, and Im trying to CID unlock it and SIM unlock, so far nothing. Also, I want to reset it to standard 5.0 WM in spanish

G4 phones cannot be SIM/CID unlocked completely like a G3 device,however,SIM unlock code can be generated through lokiwiz03a tool and if you want to upgrade or change to any other custom roms,there's another method called 'SoftSPL' and 'HardSPL' by which its possible to upgrade to any rom.Read the stickies in the G4 forum,all the info and guidance is provided there for G4 SIM unlock and upgrade.

You have got your phone 'HardSPL',You'll have to first remove 'HardSPL' and flash the official carrier's G4 IPL/SPL(Bootloaders) then revert back to official wm5 Rom,otherwise,you'll 'Brick' your phone.

i had problem with wizard. i tried to upgrade rom, but i cant. it stuck on 99% and gives an error. i think it had cidlock, but i cant unlock it from bootloader.

Download official stock rom of your carrier and flash it in bootloaders to recover back to its default working status,then if its a G3 phone, downgrade to ipl/spl 1.xx by flashing Button's Rom and SIM/CID unlock with lokiwiz02b,but if its a G4 ,it cannot be CID unlocked but can be upgraded to wm6 through 'SoftSPL' or 'HardSPL'.

I can update my rom completely but after restart freeze on ipl-spl screen
And I can’t warm reset it says FORMAT PARTITION FAIL
I try to downgrade my rom but spl freeze on 2.17 – I try button rom and Xda_MiniS_LaunchROM_v154102
I can’t find any official qtek rom for test
And I also try R2SD all with romupdate115 it not work

You got to have a CID unlocked phone to upgrade to any wm6 Rom.Sometimes SPL do get stuck up at 2.xx while downgrading with Button's Rom,it takes a couple of tries to get it downgraded to 1.xx.Flash the button's rom a few times more till it gets downgraded.You can only CID unlock your phone,if it has IPL/SPL 1.xx.

Don't use those ROMs as they are for G4!!!
If flashing original ROM doesn't solve the case then you'll have to buy the unlock program from IMEI-check company.

No. the problem is simply of messed up firmware. I believe that the SPL tries to load the OS but it must be at a different address and never starts to load.
The IMEI-check tool will simply CID unlock your device. You still have to do the "r2sd all" procedure...

I am trying to start the procedure for Rom reprogramming a bricked Wizard (QTEK 9100 brand).
It is stuck in bootloader
IPL 2.21.0001
SPL 2.21
The IPL shows a G4 device, but shouldn't the SPL be the same format, 2.21.xxxx?
So I guess it is a G4- If I am wrong please tell me so
I don't know whether this device is CID unlocked or not, since the company I work for bought it with another job lot with other office equipment.
What have I already done and didn't work till now:
1.I have tried several roms from xda-developers Wizard division but still stuck in bootloader
2.i tried to unlocked it on imei-check.co.uk by downloading the guys application but it does not show the IMEI of the device as it should. I followed their instructions about disabling firewall/antivirus. It says Communication problem try again after restart.Did it many times but nothing.
3.Followed the thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=298613 for both G4 and G3 devices(I know I shouldn't do for G3 but there's no change)
4.I have tried the procedure through the Mtty apps for backing the system to an sd (fat formatted) but the system does not recognise the sd card...I should mention that I made a backup to a 256MB mini sd card and restored succesfully to another Qtek9100 (with spl 3.08 and ipl 3.08). I later took this sd with the backup -from the working one- and started the restore procedure to the faulty one...The message for restore does not appear....After the camera+power button start it goes directly to the known bootloader with IPL 2.21.0001 and SPL 2.21.
4. I tried to find an official Rom for that and tested a few, but to be honest I don't know if it is simlocked or not and of course I don't know from which company was branded in the first place....

I'm sure I will find a way somehow in here, in the near future, since I have arleady restored 2 bricked Qtek 9000 and a bricked Athena which is currently my phone. But still trying.

You seem to have mixed bootloaders.
No way of flashing will repair it, The IPL and the SPL simply don't match (like diesel in a petrol engine).
The only way of unbricking the device is by JTAG.
(please read those threads in order to have more background regarding the JTAG method)
