Why My Screen freezing? Please Help...

Hi all,
I really got angry and I will break my phone...
I tried many Rom's but my screen sometimes freezing(but too much times)? Also softkeys freezing too...
What is the problem?
Please help me...
And any offer for me please, I need a rom very lite. (No manilla or something, just I want Htc Home and stable)???

You probably have the wrong SPL installed. If you flashed a ROM using Olipof's HardSPL v1 and are using a WM6.1 ROM, you need to upgrade your SPL.

Which version do you offer me for WM6.1?
I saw something in cmonex " 3.29 is still very strongly recommended over 3.56, unless you have OS freezing issues with 3.29. "

If you are using a ROM based on a HTC Rom (which most cooked ones are) then 3.29. For ATT based ROMs then 3.56.
If you don't know, use 3.29, and if your not happy try 3.56

3. insert the microSD in the kaiser, then reset kaiser. (I did soft reset???) But not start 4
4. it should say Loading / Update in progress then reboot to a screen saying SPL 1.00.OliNex.
5. it should now flash in the KAISIMG.NBH. and will reset.
6. at this point it should boot to the OS, if it doesn't, then flash an OS. (of course delete the previous KAISDIAG.NBH and KAISIMG.NBH from the sd card and remove sd unless you opt to flash the OS from sd too)

Using Dutty's Rom WM6.1 Hybrid v2 5.2.19716/5.2.19700 and works GREAT...

got the same problem, some one say i got a lot of progam runing and the os cant go well, i think i fix it setting X button to really close apps and dont go background

Hi folks!
I had the same problem: change my at&t tilt rom/radio/spl to htc.
result: touch screen does not working!
The only way that i found is undo changes:
1º - installing and using: Remote screen Alignment to skip the first screen calibration. Just power on Tilt and wait until activesync are connected, so, run "remote screen alignment" and click skip, if the phone does not restart, do a soft reset.
2º - In the next power on, use activesync to copy JumpSPL1.56-KAIS.exe to your phone.
3º - use the buttons to navigate and execute JumpSPL1.56-KAIS.exe on the phone. (to execute JumpSPL1.56-KAIS.exe file use the ENTER key of the sliding keyboard).
4º- now just replace RUU_Kaiser_CINGULAR_WWE_.exe (OEM ROM i think)/ bootloader spl1.93.0/1.56 (maybe the screen problem occurs due the wrong spl/rom combination or newer spl like 3.28/3.29 ).
After these steps my AT&T Tilt touch screen is back to work!
Now i'm ready to try others roms again !!

Help my wm6.5 does not respond

Iam daniel. My english is not zo good but i will try.
I have flashed my phone with hardspl 3.56.
After that i installed wm6.5 from josh Build 21198
Then i start up my phone and every think look richt.
Then my phone ask for a restart, zo i start up and there was my problem, he doesn't start up.
I see thee first screen with red letters at the bottom and he does nothing.
Can you help me???

Have you tried a hard reset?
Also, did you CID unlock your phone as well? I believe you have to be CID unlocked to flash a 6.5 ROM on your phone.

Had a same matter last day ago, after re-flash, all working fine

I didn't unlock my phone whit cid...
for a hard reset is it the two buttuns (with the lines on it) near the phone buttom?
And a reflash how does that work?
I have no communication with my pc know because he crased in the screen when you starting up. It is the first screen you see when you restart your phone.

Ok, a couple of things... this is the wrong forum to be asking in, and I bet a mod is going to shut this down at some point. You should try posting in the forum for the ROM you flashed.
What you need to do is grab a stock WinMo 6.1 ROM and flash via the SD card method, that should get you up and running again.
Then, you will want to run Olipro's SIM/CID unlocker. What this will do is fully unlock your phone so you can flash any ROM, radio, SPL, any! Be careful, though, since not all ROMs are meant for Kaiser... so make sure you are flashing stuff meant for Kaiser.
Once you run Olipro's unlocker, you will want to re-flash the 3.56HardSPL, then a new radio, then go ahead and start flashing any ROM from the Kaiser section.
WinMo 6.5 ROMs reqiure you to be CID unlocked, and that is why you are stuck where you are.
And yes, you are right with how to do a hard rest.

Flashing to new rom

I'm sorry for this post, because the answer is probelly somewhere on this forum. But I can't find it.
I have my diamond for about a year now and I like to install a custom rom with windows mobile 6.5. But I can't seem to figure out what I need for this.
I already chosen a rom, but I have no idea if it is any good, because there are so many roms out.

So my first question, is this rom any good?
Second question, what type of hard SPL do I need, Do I need the normal one that requires roms to be signed or do I need the developers edition?
Third question. Do I need MTTY for this or can I first try it without MTTY?
And the last question, if I don´t like the rom is it easy to install the original rom again or do I need to do something special for that.
I hope you guys can answer my questions so I can start flashing my rom.

EDIT: I tried installing hard-SPL unsigned, but get an error that it can't connected to my phone. But it is connected using windows mobile device center

why do you want to flash a new rom?

ive recenetly done the same, i wanted to flash my rom as the original was tied to vodafone and some of the features like youtube, facebook, and opera wouldnt work as they wanted vodafone connection ( im on virgin mobile).
anyway after much trial and error i in the end found it versy easy.
3 simple steps. first flash your bootloader
i found the best and easiest one was spl olinex version 4.0
u need to softboot to do this ( hold the down volume and switch on phone, have usb cable connected then use the flash util provided with the above.
once thats done you need to flash rom the radio
again the one out there that seems the best to use is version 1.00.25.05 diamondruu radio
again soft reset so you get the try colour screen and run the flash rom update ( takes about 2 mins at most)
finally choose your version of win mobile 6.5 ( i got windows revoluton 7.1 ultra clean edition)
do soft reset again, then run the flash update and again this takes about 5-10 mins for this)
all worked perfectly for me and it was my first try.
though i will be changing it as the revolution is missing some vital aspects i like.
i know its basic but hopeully you can see its not the daunting prospect some people make out though any rom upgrade carries a minot risk i found this to be as easy as 1,2,3

Because I would like some new features on my phone. Like wm 6.5 or a new version of manilla. It's getting a little boring having the same phone for over a year.

let us know how you get on, it took me several attempts as each time i was trying while within the phone itself, if you hold the down volume key and power on the phone you get the tri colour screen, in this mode i had 100% success each time.
doing it within the OS with phone on it just stuck at 0%.
And since then i have re flashed it with a diff version of wm 6.5 that i prefer and all is good.
the version i flashed to is the manila 2.1 with the latest touchFLO 3d so ive not even bothered with Spb mobile shell though may add this later.

Thanks for the advice, if I understand correctly I have to get to the tri-color screen and then install hard-spl? But can I connect to my laptop while in this mode?
I'm gone try it tomorrow because I didn't have any time today.

Tmobile MDA Vario 3 no Ringtones... help!

I have a Tmobile MDA Vario 3 and the following problem:
I used my phone normally every day, and one day no ringtones are working... I can hear them choose one of the sounds, but no sound if somebody rings me...
what can it be? I dont wanna make a hardreset, because many programs on it and i dont wanna lose them...
I did a hardreset and used before sprite backup, i tested the ringtone and IT WORKS, now i put back my backup and no ringtones working now again, how can i find the mistake in the system? Can i look into the registry like normal windows too?
in another forum i saw someone means it can be the divx player, i deinstalled it, but nothings better...
I NEED HELP... what can i do?

I am on an original tmobile rom, and i i have to reset i wanna change to another rom like windows mobile 6.5, i have to change rom to a htc rom 6.1 and then i have to go to 6.5 right? i wanna put away tmobile settings on hardreset!

Well if you hard reset it will put the oem rom on it. Then you follow the instructions to be able to flash roms on it. Until you flash a rom on it, every time you hard reset it the factory rom will install.

Can you give me a link where i find a description what to do for this?
I wanna flash the rom to HTC WM 6.1 original, and after this i wanna install 6.5 is this the right way??

No need for interim flashes after hard-spl you can flash a 6.5 make sure you read about Radio update

Maybe you have installed some softwares. let check recent installed softs and uninstall them, then restart. No need to use other rom if you like it
If it still does not work, do hard-reset.

If I understand correctly, you've installed Android into NAND and later WM 6.5. In this case you must firstly install original WM 6.1 and only then WM 6.5

I tried installing android, but it didn't install, after much trial, I felt switching back to WM ROM will work for me.
Please, don't be annoyed can u please post links of all I'll need to get my phone back to WM 6.1. i.e

Because there were some problems for you while trying to flash Android, I recommend firstly to enter bootloader (hold Camera + Power buttons together and reset with stylus (button for reset is near miniUSB port; just put stylus in it and push for a few seconds); you'll see tri-color screen with SPL version...), then connect it to computer and finally run WM 6.1 EXE file (in case you're using Windows 7, set file compatibility mode to XP <- I'm not sure if it's necessary).
