kaiser stuck on tri screen is it a brick???

i hope this is where i should post this.
whilst using my phone it froze,so soft reset was done then it went into tri screen
my kaiser wont go out of tri screen.i have this on screen.

after trying hard reset and soft reset it wont pass this screen,it loads straight back to bootloader mode.i had duttys 6.1 rom on and nikis radio.
is there a solution to this problem.all was fine until this.ive searched all over for the past week and i cant seem to find a solution,so a little help is called for.id appreciate any help if possable and thank you in advance

Are you sure that your camera-button isn't stuck? Try pushing it hard few times, and then boot again.

Try flashing an official rom onto it while on that screen?

hi tried new rom and camera button isnt stuck,it seems like theres something wrong with spl-1.0.olipof.after installing new rom it boots straight to tri screen.can olipro be tacken off.just thinking of other things to revert to normal.when soft reset done it goes straight to tri screen

Try HardSPL
Why not flash it with a different SPL - like any of the HardSPLs such as Jocks:

I got X1 from Germany with generic de rom I want to try first if it's possible using kovski ruu directly flash de same genereic de I had and not it's stucked in 10% then 262 error after this I tried hardspl which is showins 0% in progress and not running..I use microsd flashing method and getting no image found on screen tricolor screen please advice what should I do...

Pleasee any help how to do hardspl from trucolor stuck screen...

I used MTTY and get back my phone from tricolor screen now should I start from the Hardspl frist ?

itmaster, first,do you have hard spl on it? if not,load it first!if you can't connect your x1 to computer,take battery out,take i back in,and press VOLUME DOWN + ON/OFF BUTTON. you should now be in tricolor screen.connect x1 with computer,run hardspl from computer,install,then turn off x1,put sd card out,turn x1 on with upper method for tricolor screen. now you should install new rom without any problem.if you will have any problems,please mail me.i had the same problem 2days ago,and i fixed it.

sorry for my english,
I have a HTC Diamond Operator ORANGE, I flashed with the official ROM and I sim unlocked it and since it works flawlessly.
except yesterday when I contact a person with such, it was closed at once and since it does not open but now I have to tweak a little open but I do see lines everywhere in green or red and sometimes a few points across, not a permanent screen always different so I thought that my screen is a grill or any time by removing the battery and leaving the CPP 's Opens and I could see the screen HTC Diamond and the home screen of Windows Mobile but after it freezes over.
while searching on your wonderful forum I found a tutorial and I tried handling but no sign of the fact I had access to the BootLoader flash but nothing impossible (i can't flash my htc)
sometimes I see a gray screen sometimes a black screen with dots sometimes vibrates every 30sec, frankly I do not know what to do
in bootloader i see this informations

go into Bootloader mode (reset and volume down) the connect to your PC via USB and try flashing a ROM (any).

[Q] help!!!htc touch diamond 2(topaz)!!

hello!i have an htc touch diamond 2 and i used hard-SPL in order to put a new rom to my device.i did it successfully(at least pc said so) and then i installed a rom energy topaz successfully too.but when it was done my device restarted on its own and it cant boot.the only thing that it does is to appear the htc green logo in white screen and then restarting again and again and again!!i kept the volume down button and it booted on the red-green-blue-white screen and it says this:

MicroP-Topaz (led) V10
TURBO HW/TURBO SW
TPMFG DATA

Sorry i didn't get back to you sooner and you added the perfect amount of info
ok where to start - firstly have you tried a hard reset after flashing the ROM this isn't always needed but may possibly free something up to make the energy ROM work. You could also try flashing back to a stock ROM from the HTC website and then re-flash the one you want after everything is ok on the stock ROM.
when you say successfully loaded do you mean the screen shows 100% (phone not computer) or does it say complete as it can say 100% on the screen for a little while and not work ? I don't do mine by the PC i use a memory card to flash it and mine always comes up complete when done and then press a key to restart the phone.
failing all of this head back into the hard_spl thread run the spl_relocker in the first post and once relocked flash with hard_spl 1.83 no idea if the newer version is less or more buggy but i use 1.83 and it's smooth sailing.
You could also try flashing from a memory card instead if you have one to hand

HELP! Softbank X04HT cannot be flashed!

i am trying to unlock this freak that i got from a relative from japan to work with any sim. i have downloaded diamond unlocker by olipro which is a three step-by-step process. so there, everything all set. but i cannot get to flash hardspl! tried all versions of it, signed, unsigned, developers edition, even jockyw's mfg spl. but none of them worked. unable to start the process because i cannot even do the first step which is the hardspl! i've here for a while and played with many htc devices but this is the first time i've encountered something like this. even tried flashing by bootloader, via activesync, internal storage, all possible methods i can think of, but to no avail. all just end up stuck at 0% and nothing happens until an error message comes up.
is there someone out there who had the same issue before and found a solution to this?
seems like it is nearly impossible to unlock this.
the phone is in japanese language, and the annoying "usim nag screen" keeps popping up! really frustrating! someone pls help!
