English rom, danish keyboard, pleas help fix.

hi,
Please help the Danish people,
We are a lot of Danish people, who will like to flash a new rom, on the Raphael,
but if we flash an english rom we will drop, the danish interface for the qwerty keyboard will be lost.
and wee will not be abel to type æ ø and å, which we need in our language,
you can see the keyboard on the picture - is there a way to fix the English edition so we can use the danish keyboard?
I still got the Danish rom install, and in the regedit, i have chekt thes 2 key's
HKEY_LOCAL_Machine\HARDWARE\DEFVICEMAP\KYEBD\CurLang
value 1044
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\MUI\CurLang
value - 1030

this is not enof to set the keyboard on a english rom to Danish.

to fix the danis keyboard you just have to set thes value in the regedit.
HKEY_LOCAL_Machine\HARDWARE\DEFVICEMAP\KYEBD\CurLang
value 1044 - danish layout
Make sure you are installing a rom for a rapheal!
if you installe a Rom for Fuze, your FN Will not work correct!
i know there have ben make a cab for it, but i have not testet it.

Clear Lockscreen

I need somebody with the knowhow to do me a favour!
I'm running the new MoDaCo rom for Hero, and I really don't like the standart HTC lockscreen, but I do adore this one.

Can some body PLEAZ make me a .zip for updating my rom?

You can remove "HTC Lockscreen" via adb commands,then you got
Lockscreen similar to this!
Also there are apps at market which can change Lockscreen to this!

When I adb this :
adb remount

cd /system/app
mv HtcLockScreen.apk HtcLockScreen.bak
exit
it says "cant remove, file is read only"

If your on the new rom, the default lockscreen (vanilla one that you want) is broken anyway. I doubt Modaco has fixed it (with all due respect to him).
VillainRom 10.3 however will defiantly have this fixed.

Are there some roms with big keyboards?
i know its a pen based device but i'd like to use it with my fingers.
everytime im pressing like 2 buttons if i write something.

This driver installs as a selectable virtual keyboard and it's useful to avoid keyboard popup when you don't want to input data (file display, gaming etc.) or when you are using an external keyboard.
Note: I have some color issues after I used this 'keyboard', therefore I'm switching back to my preferred (FingerKeyboard2) keyboard and then Reset the phone to solve this.

Although I don't read or write the Arabic script myself, I checked the program because it interested me from a technical point of view.
I would say a very nice program. I guess it was quite some work to build all this keyboard functionality more or less from bottom-up, because the WP7 standard SIP cannot be used.
The ability to mix Persian/Arabic and English or more exactly Latin script is impressive; if I myself try to think about all this left-to-right / right-to-left stuff, I tend to get a headache...
However, you may debug cursor positioning within Latin script somewhat more. It's quite easy to end up with the cursor in the middle of letters, and if you try to delete characters after moving the cursor through Latin letters, almost always the wrong characters are deleted.
The auto-repeat cursor movement is clever, but - isn't there always a "but" - much too fast for my liking, especially if you can also make large moves by going whole lines up and down.
Is there a way to paste text? If not, adding one would be nice.

(Q) How to install "Android Keyboard"

Hi, well i have a "problem, some gingerbread ROM's for
the Xperia X8 cames with the "default imput" and I really dont like
that, I kniw I can install another keyboard sources like "swiftkey" or
"go keyboard" ,but i preffer "android keyboard" (the gray keyboard in
some ROM's)
The problem is when I want to install the apk of "android keyboard"
,appear; application not installed, sometimes get "instaled" but it
doesnt works,and has to force close
How can I install "android keyboard" in any ROM 2.3.7?

Simply download the keyboard with google play, if you have the SD card to give the so-called. "permissions" as here

remember that some will not only require the application itself but also the additional files that are added to the system, or how you will find in the package right away, "zip" and install via CWM and there is immediately an application and additional files

Aye, the Gingerbread keyboard is the one you are looking for.
However, if you can, definitely do try Smart keyboard pro. IMHO, for Xperia X8 that is the one I found to be most responsive.
