Okay, so I'm pretty sure I can't find this anywhere. I have HTC One M7 International Model (Asia : CID HTC__001). I've root it and S-off it and flash recovery than I installed Sense 6 InsertCoin ROM. Almost every month (once per month I think), my HTC One is suddenly stuck and goes back to HTC Logo and had a bootloop issue. The 1st and 2nd time I successfully unbrick it with force (I wipe all the data and installed a new rom until 20X or more). But this time, I tried to wipe all the data, flash a new rom and even RUU!! When I flash a new RUU, my PC said that "finished. total time : ....." but in my One, it's still stuck at the HTC Logo with the green bar at 90%. Okay, then I force restart it into bootloader and reboot my phone. It worked, I'm in my RUU and everything's is going fine. UNTIL I UNPLUGGED MY PHONE FROM MY PC. It freezes again and had a bootloop issue again. It's always like that, even with new rom or anything. Please help me, after this I'm going on a vacation. I appreciate everything you said, thx.
Are your drivers updated?
Try the debugging mode on and then connect.
Also change the USB cable if the phone keeps freezing.

ok, first off i am sorry to bother with this but i have ****ed up some how -.- i have had my HTC one rootet for a long time now. before this galaxy s3-4 and so on but this is the first time i havent found out how to fix by searching.
ok to start off. i got my phone back to stock using RUU methode. and upgraded it from 4.2.2(had it there for some time ) to 4.4.2 and everything went fine. untill i turned off the phone to unlock and root again. i got it unlocked, and tried to go into recovery just to see if twrp was still there. but here i get the red triange with "!" upside down. so i get the phone out off this screen and turns it on again. i think it is the recovery so i just boot it into fastboot and conect to the computer to install new recovery. but now i got more problems. the htc do not show up when it is in bootloader. i get it when i type "fastboot devices" in cmd but nothing in computer folder or anywhere where i can access it. i have tried uninstalling HTC sync, uninstall drivers, reboot computer, reset phone, install everything, and diffrent usb cables. also in device manager it shows with name My HTC and with the icon off a network.
but i do not know what more i can o now to get this fixed.
all help will be much appriciated

can you check FAQ #2 in my guide if that's the problem: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2541082
I rooted my One months ago when I got it, installed viper one, and Ive been loving it.
But I havent been updating it, and my viper one was on version 2.7.
I was going to wipe my phone and install the newest version, but something went wrong with the installation and it wouldn't go through, and it somehow corrupted my CWM.
Now I cannot boot back into recovery, and Im in a bootloop.
I can get into bootloader, but thats about it.
My phone is S-ON, and I can't get my PC to detect it to flash a recovery, or anything else.
Ive updated my HTC drivers, and it doesn't seem to be helping.
Edit: it seems that my PC will detect the phone while it's in bootloop, and will go as far as putting the phone into fastboot.
But once Im in fastboot, it no longer detects my phone, so I cnanot flash a recovery.
When you're in the bootloader with your phone connected. Can you see the driver installed in device manager in windows?

What Windows are you using. Use Windows 7 if you can. Windows 8+ can sometime have problems communicating with HTC drivers..
Either update Windows or make a ubuntu live USB/CD

As title states my phone is stuck in boot loop after last night when I tired to flash Venom ROM. I had been running Trickdroid ROM for over a year and decided to update the ROM last night but the installation was continuing to fail and I decided that I would tackle it again in the morning.
When I turned the phone on this morning, I attempted to boot into recovery - however the phone just decided to continue a boot loop sequence to which I am now stuck in.
I have read a number of threads and the best way to end this seems to be to erase the cache from fastboot. Due to being on Windows 8 now I reinstalled the sdk files needed and attempted to connect to the phone. However; Windows 8 is now seeing the phone properly and, when attempting to install the drivers, is coming up with a message saying "Device Failed Enumerication". I have attempted to install the drivers manually, as well as Win7 64 drivers, but it's not accepting them and therefor I cannot connect to my phone via the PC.
I pulled out my Windows 7 Disk to install this to the PC but, due to having a bluetooth keyboard; and no wired in sight, I cannot hit a key to enter setup - just to top off a great morning!
If anyone could help me get past this and back into clockwork I would be extremely happy.
From the bootloader menu the phone states that it's unlocked, using the original usb cable as well as a usb 2.0
Cheers.
Fastboot erase cache is really what you need to do. A lot of ppl have issues with Windows 8 and there are guides for it. If you still have problems go visit a friend who has Windows 7

Disconnected the phone from the computer then reboot the computer. Does the phone now show up in Device Manager? If not change USB cables and try again. If the computer recognizes the phone, then you can move files to the phone.
Thanks

To solve the no OS part, just flash a guru reset or a nandroid backup for your device.
Hope this helps

I've never really experienced connecting my device to the PC won't work. Sorry.
Just buy an OTG cable and put the ROM in a USB and plug it to the OTG cable so you will be able to install the ROM. If you successfully installed the ROM try connecting your device to the PC again.

For the os issue this Frequently Asked Questions - Page 3 Ans E post will help.
If you are still connected to the computer when you are in Recovery, Device Manager will disconnect when the phone boots in bootloader or recovery.
Hi, I recently bought an M7 which is bricked believing that I can fix it and profit. It boots into fastboot and recovery (although recovery is a piss off to get into) just fine. The bootloader is locked. So when I saw it I tried to do a factory reset through the recovery, but I noticed that it said something like a backup that was already there. So I decided that the best option is to unlock the bootloader, so I went ahead and opened HTC Dev and opened fastboot until I noticed that it wont connect to the computer. I tried a different pc different usb, different port, but no luck. Adb and fastboot wont connect. I checked whether it was the usb port. It charged with no issues whatsoever. So this is definitely a software issue. Does anyone know a way to fix this? I am experienced with the m7 so any advice will help. And yeah I tried to re install the drivers as well. Thanks.

What is your bootloader (hboot) version and what is your Computer OS version (windows version)?
