How's your camera lense wearing?

I've recently noticed that my photo's are starting to look like crap compared to what they used to look like 10 months ago.
The only thing I can think of if the camera lens, which seems to have scratched and worn pretty badly.
Unfortunately the lens is built in, not the in back cover, so it's not really possible to replace.
Any ideas?
What does everyone else's lens look like?
Maybe get some kind of cleaner like alcohol wipe or something to clean it? I'm not sure, just throwing an idea. Mine doesn't look too bad.
I had the same problem. Not the lens but cover that protect lens was scratched. Pictures became a large blur. I changed it via warranty. If you don't have warranty you could try this.

Im new on this forum. My camera's lens is good, two weeks after i buyed the phone, it started to scrach all the brushed metal borders. I have attached a small piece of transparent scotch tape with a hole in the center that covers all kinds of scratches. My lens works very well taking advantage of 8 megapixels with no blurring or difficulty when trying to focus on something. If your lens is damaged, do not try to put alcohol or any abrasive liquid. It can give you problems on your device. The best solution is to get a new replacement lens (I recommend genuine parts) and keep the plastic wrap or, in case of their absence, a piece of scotch tape.
Sorry my bad language. Personally I do not like google translate that translates very badly. Heh, I'm using all the little I know of English..

I am not aware of anyone running into this issue before. If you set it on a rough surface or a surface with granules of sand, then that could definitely be the culprit. As far as replacing the lens goes, there is currently no way to get a hold of a replacement lens as far as I know.
If you mean the inside phone part then you'll have to replace the entire camera part. If you mean just the part that you can touch with your finger then you'll need to replace the back glass.
I'm having the same issue, there are some spots on top of the lenses on my phone that won't go away and *all* my photos are have the white color over exposed plus focusing is never sharp enough like other phones, I bought the phone the way it is now and I'm going to replace the back glass to see if it helps.

Little plastic part

Hey everyone,
I just tore apart a M7. As I finished, this little plastic piece fell off.
Does anyone know where this should be placed?
Thank you!
My guess it's from front facing camera

P9 rear camera top cover dust

Hi, I have this really disturbing dust inside my p9 rear camera glass. Do I need to remove the whole back cover or is it possible to just take the top cover off? The dust is really annoying since it shows in all of the pics I take. Have no idea how it got there in the first place.

Question Dust under camera lens

Hi is anyone else got dust partials under the camera lens as mine seems to have a couple which wasn't there when I firt bought it
It won't bother me but will it have a problem in the future with pictures etc

You should have it checked, cause it's not normal. More dust could collect in the future.

Return it. It is IP68 rated so no dust can get in. If you have got dust in there the seal has failed.
There is an app that was mentioned on this site for testing the ait tight seal, it would be worth testing with that.
