You must have stock recovery
Charge battery at least 60%
At least 6GB free storage
Make HwOU folder on internal memory/sd card
Make new folder 69374 on pc and copy both update.zip and data file to this folder.
Then copy this 69374 folder to HwOU folder on sd card / internal. (look like HwOU/69374)

Did you try to boot into fastboot and then recover your phone via HiSuite?
As far as I know HiSuite has restore option, but idk how to boot info fastboot mode.
I did try to do this but it's say on hiSuite the phone is connecting and when I press on that restore option it only instruct me to press up and down volume at the same time with power button so I do. Then it get stack at 5% when installing update message on the phone. Later the phone reboot itself and again stays in eRecovery. let me know if I do something wrong.
Edit: by Fast boot You mean to connect to hiSuite when pressed down volume bottom together with power button?
Yes that's fastboot

Yesterday I have flashed my AL-10 with a factory soft using DC-phoenix as I couldn't reflash it with a normal way. I ended up with a basic factory software allowing me to "form" actual model with a full software from huawei.
In fact I have lost some settings like imei but now I am in the process of restoring these numbers - this is nothing in compare to bricked phone which was useless. Give it a go....
Hi Guys am new to all this so bear with me
I have just tried to update my EVA-L09 P9 phone to android 7 (383) and it seems to have crashed around 37% restarting the phone and now it just boots once and then goes into recovery mode.
I have tried to install many images using the force update method (VOL+ + VOL- + POWER with update.app in DLOAD folder) but no luck, they all fail at 5%

Is there a way to get my phone back up and running? I have seen a couple of posts but nothing that tells you an exact way.
Thanks in advance.

How do you expect anybody can help you if you don't provide practically no info at all (not even were you running MM, N, O, stock or custom ROM)
- what was the last build you were running (full stock build name, inclvariant, cust, number)
- were xou running custom ROM and which one
- stock recovery or TWRP (which)
- shortly what were you doing when you bricked the phone
Also, do you have bootliader unlock code, and is FRP locked or not (you can see in fastboot).

Do you know how many 'stock ROM and recovery' versions exist, and each may need different procedure to restore your phone
If it is P9 (single SIM, hence L09) -not Dual SIM (L19 or AL10) or Lite or Plus - it can be cust c432, c185 c900, etc, with Android 6 (builds 1xx, 2xx) or Android 7 (builds 3xx, 5xx) - all are stock firmwares
Are you familiar with Fastboot, or maybe the safest way will be to go to service (specially if still under guarantee)

yea i know, and if its way to restore somehow this p9 i will can do that via fastboot, just dont know how
Its p9 single sim l09. i think it was c432 rom
Since you didn't unlock Bootloader it must not be scr***ed up severely.
Try the following (independent of your prev build, no need for Fastboot, open Bootloader and other hacking tricks):
- Power off
- Connect by USB cable to the charger
- Must be in the range of reliable WiFi
- Press Vol+ & Pow (in that order) and keep pressing
It shall boot to eRecovery, giving you options to download and reinstall your whole stock firmware
Advice: When you restore, take and save screenshots from About, to know your build, IMEIs, etc
Ive got error : Getting package info failed
you need sd card. in sd card create "dload" folder, in folder copy this update.app link here oh, first link are for eva-l19 here are for eva-l09
then, insert sd card in phone, press and hold vol+ and vol - and power button (hold all buttons till see update things)
after that, download this (or download all at once) link here and delete update.app in dload folder at sd card, and copy all from this b136 download, need to be 2x folder and update.app now larger file than first. and do dload method once more (vol+, vol- and power till update starts)
ah, but you need to charge pgone atlest to 50% to be succes with dload method!

You can't revert from EMUI 10 to EMUI 9.1 using dload method. I suggest you download the correct firmware for VOG-L29 from here and give it a try again. Many users had SOFTBRICKED their devices yesterday, but in the end they've managed using proper dload firmware to revive the devices and now are using EMUI 10.

1. Ask for help to @oslo83
2. Wait untill a dload firmware for your cust (C605) is available
3. Wait untill EMUI 10 is officially released and restore your device through eRrcovery (atm you can't, because it's trying to download latest firmware available for your device which os EMUI 9.1 probably v240)

Have you tried this (maybe your recovery is still the one from EMUI 9.1):
1. insert your OTG+pendrive with the correct firmware on it (dload folder with all 3 zips inside)
2. ON EMUI 9.1 enter recovery by simultaneously pressing POWER + VOLUM UP + VOLUM DOWN untill you see white screen with EMUI recovery mode. Then release buttons and let the recovey starts / ends the flashing procedure.
3. ON EMUI 10 enter recovery by pressing Power+Volume UP and keep them pressed untill you see Huawei on screen. Release the Power button and keep pressing Volume UP untill you are in recovery menu, then release button. When in menu, select Update mode, then select Memory card/OTG update mode and it should start the update.
